Recaps App – Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Welcome to Recaps App (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Recaps App (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About This App

Recaps App is a planning tool designed to help commercial drivers estimate available Hours of Service (HOS) under applicable cycle rules. It is intended for informational and planning purposes only and does not replace official FMCSA-compliant logbooks or ELD systems.

We make no guarantee that the calculations provided by this App will meet regulatory requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using it, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
Use the App in a way that interferes with other users or our systems.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the App will always function without errors or that the information it provides will be accurate or compliant with regulations.
You are solely responsible for verifying your HOS records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

5. Privacy Policy

Recaps App Privacy Policy Last updated: October 23, 2026 Full Mana Systems LLC provides Recaps App, an offline hours-of-service planning tool. For privacy questions or support, contact contact@recapsapp.com. Information stored on your device The app stores the dates and hours you enter, your selected cycle rule, display preferences, and warning thresholds on your device so your plan is available when you reopen the app. The app does not send this information to us. Collection and sharing Recaps App has no user accounts, advertising, analytics, location tracking, or developer-operated cloud sync. The app does not collect or share your planning data with us or third parties and does not sell personal data. Android backup Android may back up or transfer app data according to your device, backup provider, and account settings. Those services are controlled by their providers. We do not receive or have access to your device backups. Purchases Google Play handles the one-time app purchase under Google's own policies. Recaps App does not receive or store your payment card details. The app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Support email If you email contact@recapsapp.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot problems, and maintain relevant support records. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for support. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing the same address, subject to any required retention. Your choices You can edit your entries or start a new cycle in the app. To remove all locally stored app data, use Android Settings > Apps > Recaps App > Storage > Clear storage (wording varies by device). Manage any device backups separately through your backup provider. Clearing storage removes your saved plan and preferences. Changes We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The latest revision date appears above.

6. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the changes.
